2CX: Where Customer Experience begins with the name
2CX is a specialist in technology and customer experience for the customer service market, being the first company to implement a 100% digital operation in the country and to develop robots with humanized voice.
Our brand is the result of the merger between two renowned companies in the market, Callflex and VoxAge, which bring over 25 years of experience in the industry.
Together, we combine experience, innovation, and technology to take various types of operations – such as customer service, sales, and collections, among others – to a new level.
We accomplish this through products such as predictive dialer, IVR, text and voice bots, omnichannel platform, CRM Tabulator, and self-service portals, among others. Our solutions cover everything from simple interactions to complex engagements with simultaneous channel usage, and cognitive and artificial intelligence.
All technologies are applied, understanding each business and audience, and designing the journey towards the best relationship between companies and customers, reflecting our culture of technology with humanism.
Currently, the company has around 300 employees in its office in São Paulo. A team focused on innovation, always staying one step ahead of market needs, evolving and developing new products for a wide range of demands.
